Please call 425-820-6120. Our support representatives may need to view and/or access your computer to resolve any difficulties you are having. In order to accomplish this level of support, we need to have remote access to your computer during the support session. The first time you call for support, your representative will take you through the process to download and install a remote access script to enable us to view your computer remotely. Once the script has been installed, you will not need to download it again.
